Also known as the party district, Minata is the home of New Kyoto’s nightlife. With bars and clubs of more than one variety this is not a place for children.
Lower Minata is known better as the slums. A lot of dirty dealing goes on down these dark streets and it’s no surprise that people are afraid to travel that way even in the day.

| Higashiyama
Beyond all the builds and bright lights, forgotten in the foot hills of Higashi mountain rang, History is being eaten away by the vegetation. Old buildings untouched by industrialization and covered by fallen leaves and wet lichen. Japan still lives here like it did before the Shogun Era. This old village, undiscovered by humans, is the home of the Rebellion… for now.

| Nakagyo District
Commercial district, Nakagyo is the biggest shopping section. With hundreds of commercial stores and restaurants this is a great place for the local teens to spend a day as well as a good place for mothers to do their shopping. It is the safest place in New Kyoto with the police headquarters in the area and a high concentration of Kokoromi.

| Fushinami District
Hundreds of apartment buildings and a few large house make up the grand Fushinami District, a popular family residential area. There is a descent amount of Kokoromi stationed in this area and a few first generation are personal body guards to some of the wealthier residents.

| Koichi
The Rice fields. Despite the very modern cities of the world there are still grunge workers out there, you couldn’t possibly imagine the fast change from the city scene to the country side unless you’d seen

| Miyagawa
Dense trees untouched by humans crowd the foot hills and climb the high mountains that separate New Kyoto from the country side. These natural barriers keep much of the modern in and let the old grow freely. Surprisingly very few indulge in a walk amount the great trees of Miyagawa, but how can you blame them when there is so much to do.

| Shigaken
The sparkling Lake, one of few pure natural water sources left. A small town sits on the western shore of Shigaken. A nice hot spring is just miles up the road from that. The town is extremely old school, nothing a city liver would be accustomed to.
