In the new world weapons are not permitted to the public, that's right not Right to Bear Arms here. There are some people who are permitted weaponry and they are listed below (people who have a job that is not listed below and think it should be Pm me):

Okay Children are educated from basically birth they begin attending an introductory school at age four. This section of school lasts until they are about ten (that’s six years of Intro School). After that they attend our Idea of high school, Advanced School. This is run in the basic fashion of our private schools. All schools have a strict dress code and most are gender specific (Girls high school and boy high schools are separate). You graduate (assuming you have completed your courses) at age fifteen (five years of school). Also note that school does not have a summer break, you have short weekly breaks year round, but no two month out in the summer. After Advanced school you must apply to college. Colleges are usually two to four year programs that directly specify in certain area of study. Some colleges run for an additional two or so years depending on your line of study, any questions about them can be taking up with an Admin through PM or on the question board.

R-Tech: R-tech is the largest conglomerate corporation in the world. They make everything from toothpaste to computers to the Kokoromi. They are in tight with the World Government and can get permission for pretty much anything. They are run by basically good people, they give to a lot of charities and are generally well respected. THEY ARE GOOD GUYS. Do not mistake later information. R-Tech is not a devious corporation, it is run by good people and they are not trying to take over the world.
Control Team: This is a secret organization, these are the bad guys. The Control Team is headed by Dr. Fredrick Kingsler, a scientist from Wales who worked along side Dr. Richard Foxx, the founder of the Kokoromi project, for some time. Sadly he is a war hungry man, even though the Kokoromi are doing good for the society this man feels that they would be put to better use as weapons rather than protectors. He has been secretly been given permission by some of the higher ups to create these altered Kokoromi, this takes place in a secret facility just outside the city. The Control Team is made of third generation Kokoromi with specified Cybernetic chips that make them follow whatever order is given on their wave length, but the free will to carry it out who they want 9for the most part unless it is laid out specifically in the orders). These are not kind hearted beings, they are malicious and sadistic so don’t forget that.
Rebellion: This is a small group of second generation kokoromi hiding outside the city. (This group will only be added on to as people decide to come to the rebellion, you can not start out in the rebellion you have to make your way there, but you can start out looking for them). These are the Kokoromi who smell something fishy and for one reason or another, their human will is getting in the way of following orders. Once a member of the rebellion you are implanted with a virus that disconnects you cyber brain from R-Tech. This makes the Rebellion safer from being found, but it also makes them easier to hack. The Rebellion falls under Ryann’s rule, she is their leader in a sense.

School School is different in 2060 in comparison to the present. Here is how ALL schools work.
Much like prep schools there is a mandatory uniform that must be worn without alteration. Those found in violation of this are caned and suspended*. Violence between students is unacceptable. Violation of this rule results in being caned and detention*. You are to be in class on time without exception. Those late will go to detention for duration of the class and tested on that days material.
School is a house of learning and since it is not under government regulation to attend school you are expected to follow a strict set of rules. Many students do choose to go to school because the absolute only way to attain a high position in society is by going to school. Poor and rich alike attend school together, this is because it doesn’t cost to attend school. If a one wishes to attend school their uniform, their books, and other school supplies are paid for by the government. Children who attend school are more often than not well mannered and there is very little conflict with school rules.
*Suspension: Suspension is not like nowadays. When you are suspend you are placed in a white room for a week (kind of like a jail cell). You are given the bare minimum to survive and trust us, one trip in suspension you will never do anything wrong again.
*Detention: You are placed in the Suspension room for either you class period or the full day. You go without food.
Weapons Weapons have a ban on them. Civilians can not purchase firing arms or other weapons. People who are allowed weapons and the weapons they are allowed goes as followed:
Security Guards- night stick Police- .45 pistol Kokoromi (only under special circumstances)- assortment depending on usage
These are the only groups of people who are allowed to have weapons, there are sever penalties for illegally owning any kind of weapon. NOTE: Depending on careers and “weapon” things may differ. Ex. A gardener is permitted gardening sheers.

First, one+ middle names, and a last name) Nicknames: (what does everyone call your character outside the office) Title: (this is not applicable for everyone, but if you’re a doctor or a something like that you’ll have a title, put that here) Gender: (you should know this) Age: (BE REALISTIC. A five year old will not be a hunter and a ninety year old will not still be working. If you are a doctor you will be in the age range of mid to late twenties to sixties-seventies. You have to take into account your family and school. A doctor has at least five years of college plus high school so even if they graduate at fifteen they wont be a working man until they are twenty-five. MOTE: school is slightly different now a days and there will be more on that in ROM.) Appearance: (want to know everything, from the tip of you head to you toes, give me the details. If it helps you may use the table from the form above.) Talents:(Some people are really good at some things, please give us the details of what your human is really good at, but you can only have one. It can be anything from brain surgery to balancing a sthingy on your nose.) Weapons: (Depending on your career you might have a weapon, there are weapon regulations in the ROM area. You must also consider your age, a ten year old will not have a pistol.) Background: (since normal humans do not have suppressed memories you will have to fill out a background for them. It doesn’t have to be too extensive just important things in the past and why they are where they are today.) Sample RP: (this is optional, you don’t have to do it. You will get kudo points for it, but it’s not necessary.)

Basic Download
Please keep the site clean; at least pg-15. This means cursing is allowed in moderation, romance between characters is accepted to an extent (which means kissing, hugging, flirting, and hinting at ideas beyond, but if you want to go in depth keep it to your Pm’s). No spamming, please! Post you advertisements in the correct area. I don't want to see your web adverts just laying around, there is a place for them so please put them there. I like to see signatures, but I don't like them to be huge so please resize them to no larger then 500x200; thank you.

Unless given permission by both an admin and the character you wish to have some kind of relation with other characters. Be in one place at one time only. You cannot be in two places at the same time and neither can your character. When filling out your profile you may not put a picture in place of a description. In fact pictures will not be permitted in profiles at all; your profile is not just a thing to describe whom you will be playing, it is also an evaluation of your writing abilities. And since we are not asking for histories I don’t believe it is unreasonable for you to give us a good physical description. Absolutely no mary-sues or gary-stues! I want to see flaws, have fun. Perfect isn't always best, flaws make for fun and interesting characters. Besides even cyborgs have issues. Your display name must be that of your characters name with proper capitalization. You are permitted three characters total and you must have a single account for each one. If you have the max characters and you would like to play more you may ask an admin, if you have shown you are perfectly capable of playing three characters we will probably grant you a fourth.

No power-playing or god-moding is allowed. Have a weakness and don't try controlling other people. You MUST have your profile accepted before you are allowed to Rp. No one-liners allowed. Please keep your posts to a min. of 100 words. It can be off by a little, but at least try. Absolutely no chat speak. It will not be tolerated in the RP grounds and if it is at all possible please refrain from using it outside as well. This RP is written in third person past tense, this makes it easiest for everyone. Ex: William walked down the street (correct) *walked down the street* (Incorrect)

Kokoromi = Experiment in Japanese.
As stated before, the Kokoromi are humans with a certain DNA structure that is compatible with animal DNA. If a subject is found and more 'robots' are needed, the "government" that is R-Tech may decide to step in, and in a sense, kidnap that human for cybernetic testing. However, they don't normally go after well-to-do humans, preferring to snag their subjects from the streets or orphanages. Though it is not unheard of for people to volunteer for testing (though they tend to target older individuals for obvious reasons).
The Kokoromi are not natural anthros. They are cyborg-humans, fused with animal DNA. IE: they have implants and chips that work with their natural functions, allowing them a quicker healing time as well as slowing their aging process by years in most cases. Physical attributes to the testing include animal appendages like ears, tail, or teeth to mutate from the human's DNA. In a sense, a boy fused with ferret DNA might find himself in severe pain as his ears mutate and form the ears of the ferret, or as his pelvis forms the skeletal structure of the ferret's tail. Almost all Kokoromi under-go some sort of re-sequencing in the physical sense. As for the personality of that Kokoromi, that is mostly attributed to their programing. However, they tend to act more like their animal counterpart. A cat clean-freak, for example. When the subject is taken for testing, most of their memories are whipped clean so the programming can take center stage.
First tests of the Kokoromi were for protection and sent into the city on a peace-keeper's mission. Those were the first generation. Kokoromi who's soul purpose was for human and animal safety. The first generation glitch is that their feelings are greatly surpressed, which isn’t a horrible thing, but they can’t feel the same urgency to save someone from a burning building as a human does. Without emotions kicking them into high gear they are much better suited for house work and such which is what becomes of them once the second generations steps in. The second generation are also peace keepers, but their technology is different so their range of emotions are as human as you and me. Second generation are the most human of all the generations, not only with their emotions, but they are also less likely to have major animal appendages making them look more human as well. In second generation’s it is more common to see fangs and strange eye or hair color rather than a tail or ears. The third generation, the newest cyborgs, have the latest technology and to R-tech’s knowledge these have not been distributed to police forces. Though A small group of workers inside the R-Tech Kokoromi labs, namely the Control Team, have started releasing third generations without their superiors consent. The point of the control team is to destroy the old Kokoromi so that they can over through R-Tech and in time bring the world under their sick and twisted flag.
*Third generation will not be in the Rebellion. **Third generation are programmed to follow the orders of Dr. Kingsler and his small group, they have human emotions and have some free range on how they go about doing things, but in the end they do what they were told to.

2060, 53 years in the future, so much has changed and yet there are still pieces of history laying around. Technology has made several leaps and laws have been changed. The world is in a time of basic peace amongst countries, but the individual is not so willing to give up on violence. With help from the mind of world renowned Scientist Dr. Richard Foxx Sr. public safety has increased and the crime rates have decreased. The Kokoromi, Cybernetic Humans, have helped maintain order in a peaceful way; though in recent years people have stopped trusting the Kokoromi due to latest showings of instability. Kokoromi were highly accepted in early years and they fulfilled there duties in a respectful manner, nowadays they have been found instigating violence and have become a public enemy despite the governments attempt to reassure them it is just a simple glitch.
Behind the Scenes: The public Kokoromi, currently the Rebellion, have been chased of by the streets by other Kokoromi. To their knowledge the only one able to maske Kokoromi is Dr. Foxx Sr. and his son, knowing this they are plotting to destroy R-Tech for revenge. R-Tech is at a loss, they do not understand why the Kokoromi are acting up. Dr. Foxx, as the founder of the project, is practically desperate to find the Kokoromi and protect them from whatever is happening. Dr. Kingsler is the bad guy. In Secret (and with the help of some higher ups who share his ideals) he has started a separate program using Dr. Foxx’s Kokoromi data and made the Control Team. The Control Team are Kokoromi with different programming, they are violent, war-like creatures who want nothing more than to destroy their kin, the Rebellion, and help their master take over the world basically. The public is confused because they can not tell the difference between regular Kokoromi and the Control Team, to them the kokoromi have gone against their original programming and are no longer safe to be around. Of course some trusting humans still allow older, more reliable, Kokoromi to stay around, but they tend to attract danger from the Control team.

“Without history we are just blank slates, no past, no roots.” I’m here to give you your roots. As you may have read by now (or perhaps this is the first you’re hearing of this), Cyber Rebellion is an Anthro (animal-human) Futuristic site. The story takes place in 2060, so fifty-three years in the future (I know when you think about it doesn’t seem like very long, but a lot can happen in such a short period of time, history has proven that time and time again). I have created a time line for the sanity of all of us. It follows the major event in the past fifty plus years leading up to the current day and age.
2010- Kyoto Japan Burns The imperial capital of Japan, Kyoto city, on of the leading industrial cities, was set aflame on October 31, 2010 by mass riots. No one is sure exactly how the riots began, but hundreds of innocent people were killed. The city was burned to the ground and it was considered a great loss to the entire world, the tragedy made headline news internationally.
2030- New Kyoto Fully Re-Built Shortly after the Tragedy of Kyoto architect and construction workers from all over the world set out to rebuild the great city. Production began immediately and within twenty years the city was not only the largest and most populated in the world but also the center point of technology. Along with the building of this city a new system was set into action by world renowned business, R-Tech. Founded by Doctor Richard Foxx sr. the Kokoromi project was agreed upon by the U.N. The project allowed the use of compatible humans in experimental safety cyber-humans. The project tracked human DNA patterns (all humans have blood drawn and put on file at birth, started in 2014 by Psychologist, Dr. Kelly Andreas, to help police track criminals). The Kokoromi Pattern (as it was later named due to its vital importance for success in the experiment) was neither rare nor common (so a fifty-fifty chance). The pattern showed special animal relations (so the people with the Kokoromi Pattern are animal friendly), this pattern made their DNA compatible with that of animal DNA. Physical attributes changing due to the animal DNA is not uncommon, but it is minor.
2035- First Kokoromi Released into City The idea of the Kokoromi is a sort of special police force to help reduce crime and keep people at ease. KOKOROMI ARE PEACEFUL BY NATURE. The first group of Kokoromi are set into the police on December 27, 2035 and their assimilation into society is proving positive. Humans seemed unalarmed, almost welcoming, to the change in regulation enforcement and the Kokoromi’s presence does seem to be having a positive effect on criminal reduction.
2038- Kokoromi go International Due to the success of the Kokoromi in New Kyoto small groups of Kokoromi have been dispersed world wide to all major cities with excessively high Criminal activity. The Kokoromi’s growing popularity is clear in the cities passive responses and the predicted reduced criminal rate has citizens excited.
2042- 2nd Generation Introduced The 2nd Generation of Kokoromi were introduced to society on June 4, 2042. The new Kokoromi are safer to the general public due to the newly integrated Cyber Chip. The Cyber Chip, an invention of the young Dr. Richard Foxx jr. is a personality regulator for the Kokoromi and a helpful up link. The outdated 1st Generation Kokoromi are being hired out for individual family protection. Crime Rate is down 24% since the beginning of the Kokoromi project in ’35 which is a highly positive outcome in such a short time. Crime Rate is predicted to decrease continually with the Kokoromi production.
2050- Dr. Fredrick Kingsler* Promoted to Vice-President of Kokoromi Production This headline was published only in Wales, Dr. Kingslers home country and place of education.
2057- 3rd Generation, The World is Looking Up With the newest Kokoromi model publicly introduced things are looking up. Recent criminal activity having been on the rise is predicted to plummet with the new Generation. Advanced Cyber Chips and an incorporated Logic Chip say that the calculating aspect seen in past Kokoromi is a expected to be reduced risk.
*Kingsler is the head of the Control Team, this is not a publicized part of Kokoromi Productions.
